ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has got appointment and also produced a copy of the appointment order before this Court issued by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vellore range in Na.Ka.No.A2/5178/2021 dated 26.07.2021. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect in the case bundle, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
