Mu. Na. Ka. No.A2/079/C.V.2015 date 20.08.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and (ii) Se. Mu. No. 5842/2015/A, dt 28.12.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and (iii) Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. R.2/11094/2016 date 20.10.2016 passed by the 1st respondent, in (WMP NO.2399/2017 in WP NO.2424/2017).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LESI SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S C.KASIRAJAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
