(CRIME NO.324/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 17.02.2022 in Crl.OP.No.3329 of 2022 in Cr.No.324 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R. THAMARAISELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.3329 of 2022 dated 17.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
