Crl.O.P.No.9180 of 2020 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, today, the matter is posted under the caption "for being mentioned". It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel that since the order does not say that with whom the amount has to be deposited, the learned Judicial Magistrate is refusing to receive the amount. Hence, he seeks that the direction may be issued to the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur to receive the amount.

2. In view of the same, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur to the credit of Crime No.911 of 2020 and a direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur to receive the amount to the credit of Crime No.911 of 2020.
