ORDER

Seeking quashment of the first respondent's Notice No.VMMC/KKL/D.O/NOTICE/2011 dated 14.01.2011 and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the studies in the first respondent's college, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
