Crl.OP.No.14768 of 2016 and Crl.MP.No.7368 and 7369 of 2016 P.N.PRAKASH,J On 26.08.2016, this Court passed final order in the above matter and in Paragraph No.7 of the order, it has been stated as "two (2) weeks from today" instead of "two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

2. When this was brought to the notice of this Court, the matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 26.08.2016, instead of the expression "within two weeks from today", it should be "within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

4. Registry is directed to prepare a fresh order incorporating the change.

2. Mark a copy of the fresh order to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode.
