JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S. NAGAMUTHU, J,] The appellant is arrayed as the third accused in SC.No.41/2010 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.4, Chennai. He has come up with the present appeal challenging the conviction and sentence imposed on him by the Trial Court for the offences u/s.148, 341, 302 read with 34 IPC, vide judgment dated 22.07.2010. When the matter was taken up, Dr.G.Krishnamurthy, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant in this appeal, is no more, as he died on 23.02.2013. The Death Certificate issued by the Corporation of Chennai, has also been produced before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit the same. The legal representatives of the sole appellant have not come up on record to prosecute the appeal further.
