O R D E R

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the O.S.No.283 of 2010 from the file of the District Munsif, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.5317 of 2011.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit sought to be withdrawn, namely, O.S.No.283 of 2010 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Poonamalle was already dismissed. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Tr.C.M.P and therefore, the Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
