ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Arivazhagan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4.

2. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to shift the Tasmac Shop No.5723 situate in Kovilpathu village, Vedharaniyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District to any other place.

3. A representation is made by the petitioner on 02.02.2024 to the District Collector, Nagapattinam. The District Collector may consider the same on its own merits and as per the existing policy, preferably within six months from today.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
