This petitioner has filed this Original Petition seeking leave to file an appeal as against the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 16.10.2023 made in Crl.Appeal No.132 of 2022 passed by the learned Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Ranipet, reversed the order dated 28.10.2022 passed in CC.No.168 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot.
