PRAYER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC to set aside the fair order and decreetal order of the learned District Munsif of Panruti dismissing E.A.No.253 of 2017 in E.P.No.203 of 2011 in O.S.No.58 of 2009 by order dated 09.03.2018. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Gururaj 1/4

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.03.2018 dismissing the petition in E.A.No.253 of 2017 in E.P.No.203 of 2011 in O.S.No.58 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Panruti.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition was listed for admission on 24.08.2018, at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 27.08.2018 under the caption "Adjourned Admission." Even on 27.08.2018, once again the matter was adjourned to 10.09.2018 at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner did not take steps to list the matter even for admission. As such, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years without even getting admission or ordering notice. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition after a period of three years. Accordingly, the present civil revision petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs. 22.06.2021 ksa-2 2/4
