Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent, District Forest Officer, Villupuram District, not to take any coercive steps to evict the petitioner from the land in Survey No.650 in Kottekuppam Village, Marakkan Union to an extent of 35 Acres without following the due process of law under the Tamilnadu Forest Act V 1882 and the Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act 1905 in respect of the above land.
