ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.231 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the FIR perused.

3. The petitioners herein had alleged to have attacked the de facto complainant who questioned them for putting up compound wall in the land owned by the temple. The de facto complainant is the administrator of the said temple. The accident register indicates that the de facto complainant sustained serious injury all over the body. He was admitted in the hospital on 05.04.2022 and got discharged on 18.04.2022, after being treated as in-patient for 13 days.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the intention of causing grievous injury of the de facto complainant, this Court is declined to entertain anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
