A.No.2508 of 2024 in TOS.No.16 of 2023 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to permit the applicant to appear through video conferencing and offer himself for crossexamination. 2.The witness is in United Kingdom and he is aged and hence, accommodation is sought as aforementioned. The respondent/party in person fairly concedes that he has no objection for the application being allowed. However, he seeks the matter to be listed after three weeks since he has filed OSA against the order passed in an interlocutory application in the present Testamentary Original Suit proceedings.

3.In view of the above, this application is allowed.

4.Since video conferencing facility is available only with the Additional Master III, post the matter before the Additional Master III on 05.07.2024 for cross-examination.
