The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 376 (2),(n) of IPC in Crime No.6 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was already arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
