O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint lodged by Anusuya, the respondentPolice registered a case in Crime No.2 of 2015 and after completing investigation, filed final report in C.C.No.428 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur for offences under Section 406, 498A and 494 IPC against this petitioner and the trial is pending. He further submitted that on the complaint given by Anusuya, a second FIR has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.23 of 2015 for offences under Section 294[b] and 326 IPC and investigation is pending.

4. While so, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 12.05.2015 making allegations against Anusuya, in which, petition enquiry was conducted by the Inspector of Police, Tiruvarur Circle, in whose jurisdiction, Vaippur Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station falls and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
