W.P.No.16177 of 2016 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent not to disturb the peaceful running of Bar attached to the TASMAC Shop No.8243 situated at Kothagiri, Nilgiris District till 31.07.2016 as per license No.01/08/2015 issued by the respondent.

C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent not to disturb the peaceful running of Bar attached to the TASMAC Shop Nos.8251, 8254 and 8243 till 31.07.2016 as per the license issued by the respondent. 2.

Though the petitioners have sought for larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to consider the individual representations of the petitioners dated 01.04.2016 and pass orders on the same within the time frame.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the representations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of and the respondent is directed to consider the individual representation of the petitioners dated 01.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of their representation along with the copy of this order and forward the same to the respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
