2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 28.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7206 of 2023, to attend the last rites of his mother and subsequently he surrendered before the concerned prison on 31.03.2023 at 05.30 p.m.
