The petitioner made a representation on 15.05.2014 seeking allotment of a Bunk Shop alternatively in view of the cancellation of earlier one. As the said request was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a letter dated 08.09.2015 issued by the first respondent, in which, it is stated that the request of the petitioner would be considered after the disposal of the writ petition.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation dated 15.05.2014 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in the light of the letter referred above. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
