The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in her proceedings Na.Ka.No.2643/A4/2014 dated May, 2014 signed on 26.06.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (History) in the 3rd respondent school from 20.06.2011 and confer all the consequential benefits and pass further such orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner retired from service during pendency of the Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made 2/4

an endorsement to this effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There is no order as to costs.
