ORDER

[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to produce the petitioner's child Minor.Sreehan Madala, aged 4 1⁄2 years, before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner from illegal custody of respondent No.3.

Even according to the petitioner, the detenu is allegedly in the custody of the third respondent in Prakasam District in Andhra Pradesh.

In such view of the matter, for lack of territorial jurisdiction, the present habeas corpus petition is not maintainable before this Court and the same is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court.
