ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 31.01.2014 made in W.P.No.2020 of 2014, directed the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider the representation of the 5th respondent school dated 30.08.2011 for approval of appointment of the petitioner as Record clerk with effect from 27.07.2009 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of the judgment rendered by this court in WA.No.908 of 2013 dated 25.04.2013 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondents herein within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tiruvannamalai in Na.Ka.No.493/A3/2014 dated 28.03.2016 and submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. Further, learned Government Advocate submitted that the arrears of salary and other allowances will be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the said submission made by the

learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the contempt petition is closed.
