ground and first floor were sanctioned. The petitioners are on the first floor. There are stated to be deviations even in the first floor to an extent of 833 Sq.Ft.

2. In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will move the Corporation to remove the unauthorized portion of the construction in order to enable the petitioners to enjoy the first floor of the premises.
