No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint which was sent to the Commissioner of Police was originally forwarded to Tambaram Police Station and they transferred the complaint to the Chrompet Police Station for want of jurisdiction. But in the Chrompet Police Station, the complaint is found to be missing. Hence, the petitioner may be directed to give fresh copy of the complaint to the Inspector of Police, Chrompet and on receipt of the same, the complaint will be enquired into. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to give fresh copy of the complaint dated 25.11.2014 to the Inspector of Police, Chrompet and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, Chrompet is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, register a case following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
