This criminal original petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.147 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed through E.filing vide E.filing No.LTN20220002407C20260044 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur on 14.04.2026. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur, if so desire. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
