PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider the representation dated 23.08.2022 and 02.03.2023 respectively.

The writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondent to consider the representation dated 23.08.2022 and 02.03.2023 and to dispose the same within a time frame. The representations were admittedly given questioning certain irregularities in the functioning of the Airport Authority and also for non conduct of elections among the members.

2. It is stated that elections were held on 28.08.2023 and the Airport Authority Employees Union was elected as the bargaining agent. The 2/5

learned counsels for the first and second respondents submit that the relief claimed in the representations cannot be redressed by the first and second respondents and the remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere. In my view, the remedy of the petitioner with regard to the matters referred in the representation lies only before the Civil forum and hence the Mandamus prayed for cannot be issued.
