2. The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to allot and grant permission to the petitioner to run the bunk shop at 14 Shop Complex, 3rd Avenue, Annanagar East, Chennai - 600 102, (shop in question) without interference in this regard.

3. He has made a representation on 09.03.2022 before the respondent and seeks a disposal of the same. Learned counsel for the respondents, would have no objection to this Court directing R3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereupon within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of copy of this order and I order accordingly.

4. Disposed as above. Connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
