ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 498(A) and 304(B) IPC, in Crime No.659 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. He would further submit that this court may direct the petitioners/accused to appear before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
