ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.07.2015 and file final report.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.
4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
