the 2nd respondent and to quash the same insofar as the prescription of Eligibility and Educational Qualification prescribed in Clause 3.6.1, 1(a) is concerned and consequently direct the respondent to admit the petitioner (Application No.16027) to B.Ed., degree two years course through Distance Education for the year 2016-2017 based on the application of B.A. Degree in English acquired by the petitioner and in compliance of Educational Qualification prescribed in NCTE Regulations, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
