ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR against the accused persons on the complaint given by the petitioner on 30.06.2015 under sections 294(b), 323, 506(I) and 436 of I.P.C, she has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been given by post. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police in person and on such complaint being filed, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
