Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct selection for admission to MBBS course in respect of Minority Medical Colleges including the 4th Respondent Linguistic Minority Medical College by preparing separate list of minority students in order of merit, in compliance to the orders passed in W.P.(Civil).No.267 of 2017 passed in DAR-US-SLAM Educational Trust and others Vs. Medical Council of India and others dated 09.05.2017 and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to grant admission to the Petitioner in the 4th Respondent Linguistic Minority Medical College for the academic year 2017-18 session. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition adding certain other grounds, relating to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same cause of action. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
