This Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

4. It is seen that investigation in Crime No.63 of 2017 is still pending. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for investigation and during investigation the petitioner shall not be harassed by the police.

5. This Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
