ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.02.2026 passed in Crl.MP. No. 189 of 2026 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Judge,Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai district.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the statutory bail was rejected illegally.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners were detained under the Goondas Act vide G.O.Ms. No. 8109 dated 05.12.2025.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court finds no merit in the present Criminal Revision Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
