This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order made in S.A. No.1382 of 2005, which was dismissed for default on 27.02.2019 and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The respondents have been duly served and their names have been duly printed in the cause list and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this CMP is allowed as prayed for and the order of this Court this Court dated 27.02.2019 is set aside. Consequently, S.A. No.1382 of 2005 is restored to file.

4. Registry is directed to list the Second appeal for hearing on 02.06.2021.
