This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the Petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by one Venkatesan, a case in Crime No.233 of 2022 has been registered against the Petitioner by the respondent police.

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
