ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2015 in CSR No.92 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, investigate the case and file final report within a stipulated period, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the 2nd respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.92/2015.

4. Hence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.92/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
