ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to measure the land of the petitioner in patta No.2645 at Kaikalathur village, veppanthattai Taluk, perambalur District and fix boundary stones.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the land in Survey Nos.91/5A2, Kaikalathur Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District. He made a representation on 02.08.2017 to the first respondent to measure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the property and put boundary stones to his land. But, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2017 is pending with the first respondent/ Tahsildar, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2017 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
