Rent Control Appellate Authority. Hence, it is open to the petitioner to PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn prefer an appeal before the Rent Control Appellate Authority as against the impugned orders herein. Accordingly, C.R.Ps are dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
