Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 27/07/2015, she has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the 2nd respondent police on 27.7.2015 and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 27.7.2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
