O R D E R

The matter involves job racketeering thereby cheating enormous money from various individuals. When the matter was placed before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem, the learned Judge passed an order in C.M.P.No.1167 of 2015 on 23.03.2015 directing the first respondent to secure the respondents 2 and 3 / accused persons.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said direction to secure the respondents 2 and 3 has not been complied with till date. The counsel also submitted that no steps have been taken till date to secure and that because of non-appearance of the said persons, the case has not moved even https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an inch. Therefore, he prays for an appropriate direction to implement the order of the learned Magistrate. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent has submitted that the police authorities have almost completed the formalities to secure the accused persons and necessary steps would be taken within a short span of time. The said statement is recorded. 4.Heard both sides.

5.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, the first respondent, viz.the Sub-Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Salem City, Salem, and also the Inspector of Police attached to the Central Crime Branch, Salem City, Salem are directed to take necessary steps so as to secure the accused persons and produce them before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, Salem for the purpose of early disposal of the case.

6.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
