Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to restore the order in Writ Petition No.875 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 which was disposed of without requiring any action to be taken on the basis of the petition and restore the Writ Petition No.875 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of DR.B.RAMASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.JAYAPRAKASH NARAYANAN, STATE GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The matter is utterly frivolous and does not require a second look. The petitioner desires certain photographs to be put up at certain places.

2. It will be completely open to the petitioner to decorate his private property with whatever photographs the petitioner desires. The petitioner will not disturb the Court and waste its valuable time.

3. The petitioner will pay costs assessed at Rs.10,000/- to the Government Medical College, Chennai and will remain restrained for a period of three years from instituting any public interest litigation without obtaining the previous leave of the relevant Bench.
