(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that Respondents Nos.5 to 7 have encroached upon public land and nothing has happened in spite of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015, followed by a reminder dated 20.11.2015.

2. We call upon the second respondent/District Collector to look into the representations of the petitioner and take a considered decision in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
