(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.05.2020 in Crime No.870 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 363, 395 and 397 I.P.C., seek bail.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is the sole accused and the investigation is pending. Further, the earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 04.06.2020.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts of the case and also considering the fact that the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed very recently on 04.06.2020 and as there is no change in the circumstances this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
