O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register and investigate the complaints dated 06.09.2010, 28.05.2012 and 03.12.2013 lodged before it by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.36 of 2012 was conducted and the same was closed on 28.05.2012. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
