ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.33 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the third respondent registered FIR in Crime No.33 of 2021 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. After completion of investigation, FIR was closed as "Action dropped" on 25.12.2022. The petitioner was also served with RC 63 of 2022. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
