Heard Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the Order of this Court, proposal has been sent to the Tahsildar vide proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.586/2015/A, dated 14.08.2024 and also produced a copy of the proceedings.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
