ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the notice issued in R.C.No.250/2428/2022 dated 13.04.2022 under Sec. 91 of Crl.P.C. by the respondent.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioners. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent appeared and submitted that already the petitioners have filed a petition seeking for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.6787 of 2022, wherein this court by an order dated 06.04.2022 disposed of the petition with a direction directing the petitioners to cooperate with proceedings. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this petition as such became infructuous.
3. In view of submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent stating that this Court by an order dated 06.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 6787 of 2022 disposed of the petition along with a direction directing the petitioners to cooperate with the Page No.2 of 4
proceedings and to that effect, the copy of order produced before this court, the prayer sought in this petition became infructuous.
