ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.07.2015 under Section 478 of IPC and file a final report, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.132/2015.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.132/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
