ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b),147,148 and 341 and 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.27 of 2021, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the deceased belong to two different political parties and there was enmity between them, due to which the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the deceased using Arival and subsequently the defacto complainant's husband died. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner and other accused.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate opposed the bail application by stating that the petitioners along with other accused murdered the accused. She further submits that the investigation is still pending.

5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
